Host an event in your community to discuss how children are doing
CDF-MN plans to release its 2013 KIDS COUNT Data Book in the fall. The annual Minnesota KIDS COUNT publication provides state data based on a variety of indicators that show how children and families are doing in Minnesota. By providing policymakers and citizens with benchmarks of child well-being, KIDS COUNT seeks to enrich local, state, and national discussions concerning ways to secure better futures for all children. CDF-MN will host KIDS COUNT Coffees around the state to share the findings in the databook and engage citizens in discussions around child well-being in their community. If you’re interested in hosting a KIDS COUNT Coffee, please contact Stephanie Hogenson at hogenson@cdf-mn.org or 651-855-1175. KIDS COUNT is a project of the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
